Sports
This Swimming course is designed to help students build up the stamina and skills needed to become stronger competitive swimmers. Aerobic and anaerobic capacity will be improved as the coach will push students to challenge themselves in the pool through interval training and to build mental fortitude. In addition, students will hone the start, turn, break out and finishing skills needed in order to thrive in a competitive environment. Instruction is feared towards competitive swimming and students are expected to have mastered all four types of strokes prior to joining this course.
