A competitive and winning attitude

SFS offers a wide variety of sports, clubs and teams at competitive and non-competitive levels. Many events are hosted at regional and even international locations.

In the Early Years (Elementary School and Key Stage 1 and 2), extracurricular sports include soccer, basketball, tennis, through our SWEP program. There are also organized events, including Sports Day and House Competitions, in addition to numerous indoor and outdoor activities.

In the Middle Years (Middle School and Key Stage 3), extracurricular sports include soccer, tennis, volleyball, table tennis, badminton, basketball, and cross-country. The Middle Years have tournaments between many other schools in Korea with KAIAC. The British School participates in FOBISIA athletic tournaments.

In the High School, competitive sports include soccer, basketball, volleyball, swimming, tennis, cheer, cross country, wrestling, track and field, and badminton. Our goal is to offer all students the opportunity to participate while also developing and selecting competitive and successful teams that represent SFS in events in Asia (APAC) and around Korea (KAIAC).
