High School Counseling and University Admissions
The aim of the High School Counseling Program is to provide a comprehensive, developmental counseling program addressing the academic, career and personal/social/spiritual development of all students. SFS Counselors are qualified professionals who are student advocates, providing support to maximize student potential and academic achievement while maintaining a healthy balance. In partnership with teachers, parents, and the community, counselors facilitate the support system to ensure all students at SFS have access to and are prepared with the knowledge and skills to contribute as productive global citizens.
Our comprehensive counseling program provides support and guidance for students in academic planning, personal and social growth, career exploration, university research and application process, and transition and cultural awareness. This takes place through individual student meetings, small groups, Seminar classes, and grade level meetings.
