The Arts Council is an Official Function of the School (OFOS) and a community platform for all Arts platforms at SFHS. The council is dedicated to (1) advocating for equal recognition and (2) fostering active communication and support among the arts

The NHS program empowers and equips students with the knowledge and skills to be transformative leaders in your school, community, and beyond. In addition, it provides a necessary bridge between students and school leaders—helping you to engage and hear what students think, feel, and need.

The Publicity Council is an Official Functions Of the School (OFOS) club that aims to promote active communication across our school community and foster school spirit through a variety of entertainment content.

The sports council is a student led club that supports the sports programs at Seoul Foreign School, and works to integrate and unify the SFS community through sports.

The Seoul Foreign School Student Council (STUCO) is a single body organization with one advisor, a President, 3 Vice Presidents, and 8 Class Representatives. 

The Student Council will work as a single group towards unified goals. All Student Council members will work together, and the Class Representatives will hold a significant role in supporting all STUCO events and plans.

The Rho Kappa Humanities National Honor Society aims to promote scholarship and recognize academic excellence in the humanities among high school students.

The Science National Honor Society (SNHS) inspires passion for science, fosters academic excellence, and promotes a supportive community at Seoul Foreign School (SFS) and beyond. We prioritize integrity, leadership, and collaboration to empower lifelong learners dedicated to advancing science.

The Seoul Foreign School Chapter of the Tri-M Music Honor Society aims “to strengthen the music community at SFS by providing various service, performance, and educational opportunities to both members and non-members of Tri-M.”

Crusader Live is a team of highly committed and dedicated students at Seoul Foreign High School with an interest in live entertainment production.  Under the mentorship of the SFS Theatre Staff, Crusader Live supports a wide variety of events in the three state-of-the-art performance facilities on campus.  The team not only loads in and out technical and staging equipment, but is responsible for the operation of the lighting, rigging, audio and video systems during live events!  Team members also learn audio and video broadcast, recording and post-production skills.

Lumina is a magazine that aims to create an encouraging and inspiring space where students can actively interact and discuss their passions with their peers; the club will continuously engage with the SFS community as a whole by raising awareness about new STEM initiatives at school, recognizing our existing STEM clubs and programs, and providing a platform to shed light on the unique insights our students and faculty have on STEM topics, careers, projects, and more.

Celebrating and promoting the literary & visual arts at SFS through print magazines, online promotions, & various events.

To capture the spirit of SFS in an accurate and appealing manner in photographs and videos for use in official school media and advertising (The Banner, school brochures, social media feed) while implementing and respecting students' artistic ambitions and ideas.

Psalms is a non-audition SFS Community Choir that participates in a variety of Christian choral music while building close-knit relationships among members by sharing life stories, caroling, and performing at annual concerts.

Seoul Foreign School's official student-led magazine. Publishing editions every month, we strive to build a community that's welcoming for writers, illustrators, photographers, and editors alike.

Amnesty International aims to foster a culture of empathy and action within the SFS community by raising awareness and advocating for different global human rights issues, with the hopes of making a tangible change by preventing and ending abuses of human rights through active campaigns and activities, some of those that already exist within the official organization.

Dedicating itself to the service of others, Angels’ Haven strives to eradicate stigmas surrounding intellectual disability and develop interpersonal connections within the integrated community of AHK.

To actively support and raise awareness for the LGBTQ+ community, creating a safe space for queer students and allies alike to express themselves and share experiences.

To advocate for the welfare of cats and dogs in Korea, volunteering at shelters within our community to help sick, stray, and abandoned cats and dogs.

Carpe Diem aims to promote the Latin language and provide students with opportunities to learn and engage with the study of classical culture and its lasting impact on the modern world.

The Cooking and Baking Club aims to provide students with essential life skills through hands-on cooking and baking experiences. Students will develop independence in the kitchen while learning practical techniques, experimenting with diverse recipes, and building confidence in meal preparation using the MS kitchen.

Led by students and grounded in collaboration, the Crusader Computer Science Club fosters a passion for computer science through peer mentorship and hands-on learning. By turning curiosity into capability, the club equips members with practical skills and the confidence to apply them to solve to real-world problems.

Our club aims to acquaint students with political discourse through a non-partisan lens, which will be conserved through a candid acknowledgment of perspectives and values that contradict our own.

DOLBOM aspires to collaborate with the local community by fostering the exchange of multicultural experiences, offering synergistic service opportunities to SFS students, and providing English language courses for the future generations of South Korea.

Our mission is to cultivate not only crops but entrepreneurial minds, fostering real-world business experience by guiding our club members from agricultural cultivation to negotiation with local businesses, we support the underrepresented people in our community.

HEAL aims to empower students with essential first aid knowledge, practical skills and a commitment to health and service. Through offering hands-on training, opportunities to assist at school hosted sporting games and education on injury management and wellness, HEAL fosters students with confidence, responsibility and a caring spirit-preparing students to serve their community and well-being for all.

Our mission is to bring comfort, healing, and joy to those in need through the companionship of rescue dogs trained as therapy animals. We want to support rescue dogs through partnerships with local shelters such as WeAct and help the dogs find their new purpose through supporting students across Seoul Foreign School with their endless love and hope. We want to foster a world where humans and animals can heal, grow, and thrive.

Inkwell's mission is to foster enthusiasm for Creative Writing within the SFS community, raising awareness about this often overlooked literary branch, with the dual purpose of revitalizing love for literature in SFS through supporting the Walt Whitman Library and inspiring students to actively pursue and create their own prose.

The Korean Heritage Club explores and promotes Korean culture, fostering interest and appreciation among the student body

Our mission at MedX is to foster an inclusive space for discussing marginalized health issues that often go unaddressed in our school community. We aim to promote and embrace diverse health experiences, encouraging a culture of empathy, inclusivity, and support.

To inspire a passion for psychology and offer psychology-related opportunities for those participating and not participating in the IBDP Psychology courses.

To immerse students in the fundamentals of legal proceedings through hands-on courtroom simulations, fostering critical thinking and effective communication with the pursuit of academic excellence, creating an inclusive environment to nurture diverse intellectual curiosity.

Serving those in need, addressing social issues, and fundraising, Nanumi aspires to help the less privileged individuals in our local community have access to basic necessities like food and clothes. SFS held a relationship with Nanumi for 7 years, instigated by students and faculty members at SFBS. Nanumi aspires to share the precious opportunity to learn from working alongside the volunteers at the Nanumi foodbank, and supporting the organization through meaningful fundraising and educating the public about the hungry.

Oasis aims to help Middle Eastern and South Asian refugees in South Korea by providing student-led philanthropic services and also empowering the younger generation of refugees to pursue higher-education.

To facilitate the pursuit of excellence in literary arts through active analysis and discussion of impactful works, both modern and classical, that encourage students to broaden their horizons and embrace varied perspectives.

SMILE aims to provide support to Multicultural Families within our local community of South Korea through various forms of fundraising, alongside participating in direct acts of service that creates a lasting impact such as passion-support programs and tutoring.

Our club’s mission echoes and amplifies the SFS Mission in four ways. Christ-centered empathy: By insisting on inclusive, non-partisan humor that “deepens empathy and strengthens bonds,” we model Christ’s call to love our neighbors, using laughter to affirm every person’s dignity rather than to divide. Passion for learning: Writing sketches and satire demands research, critical thinking, and keen observation of campus life and current events; the creative process ignites intellectual curiosity and teaches students to see the world through multiple lenses. Academic and creative excellence: Students refine scriptwriting, performance, video production, and stagecraft, striving for professional quality in each show. This rigorous artistic practice mirrors the school’s pursuit of excellence across disciplines. Service to others: Our performances serve the community by bringing joy, sparking thoughtful dialogue, and often raising awareness or funds for charitable causes. In short, comedy becomes a vehicle through which we live out SFS’s call to learn passionately, create excellently, and serve compassionately.

UNLOCKED is dedicated to creating fun, accessible educational resources for children with developmental disabilities. We strive to bridge the gap between individuals with developmental disabilities and their able-bodied peers by empowering these children and raising awareness of their unique abilities and potential.

Visionary is dedicated to empower cinematography and provide unique filmmaking experiences to the SFS community, inspiring innovation, communication and self-expression to the technologically advancing modern society.

Fundraising, interacting, and raising awareness to promote the welfare of threatened species of animals and support the protection of the natural environment.

Young Investors Society is dedicated to preparing the next generation of investors. Its mission is to inspire youth to be outstanding investors - investors in companies, investors in their communities, and investors in themselves. We provide quality financial literacy education and programs to students from all backgrounds and socio-economic levels. We aim to teach finance and investing skills that will last a lifetime and empower students to take control of their financial future.

To advocate for and raise awareness of children's rights; to conduct fundraising events to support children all over the globe; and to provide opportunities at SFS to turn compassion into action, through partnership with UNICEF

The AQT is Seoul Foreign School's official quizbowl team that participates in regional and international tournaments throughout the year. Quizbowl is a fast-paced academic game that helps students develop their knowledge in various fields of study, including history, literature, and science. Two teams of four compete head-to-head and compete to answer questions first with the use of a buzzer system.

The SFS VEX Robotics Competition Team's objective is to gain experience in competitions, cooperation skills with others, and learn the different competition games through trial and error. Students will represent SFS and the school’s mission at all times.
