Within the Early Years program of the English National Curriculum, we provide children with experiences that help them develop a positive approach to learning. We create a learning environment where children feel at home and are eager to explore new concepts and ideas. Self-discipline, a sense of responsibility, and respect for others are encouraged.

Within this rich context, our outstanding teachers strive to cultivate the talents and honor the unique qualities of every child.

KEY STAGE 2

The greatest advantage we can give your child is a true love of learning. We know that your child’s future depends on their ability to learn new skills and constantly improve their understanding, in school and in life. Lessons are lively, fun, and challenging, and students learn to think critically and independently. Success in examinations follows naturally from this approach.

Grades 6-8

Middle School

During these middle years we encourage our students to maintain their curiosity and creativity while stretching their self-confidence and self-advocacy. Students begin to think critically and reason abstractly.

At a time of rapid intellectual and personal change, the Middle School experience is one in which students strengthen their independent learning skills and begin to pursue specific learning interests.

AGES 11 - 14

At these ages, students either advance to the Middle School, or continue on to Key Stage 3 in the British School system.
Years 7-9

British School

KEY STAGE 3

Key Stage 3 is a time when students experience physical, emotional and cognitive growth. Students further develop their interests and learn new skills while also tackling new challenges.

Our curriculum responds specifically to the needs of students by enabling independence and interdependence through discrete subject learning as well as more traditional subject-based learning.

Grade 9-12

Seoul Foreign High School (SFHS)

At Seoul Foreign High School, we nurture lifelong learners. We provide a strong foundation of academic skills, encourage creativity, and teach teamwork as well as independent study. With these skills, our students are well equipped for life beyond SFHS.

A step toward an exceptional future.

In our school, teachers in all grades and subject areas are committed to the growth of the mind and the development of intellect, imagination, and sensibility in their students. We seek to educate every child from the standpoint of where he/she is, not where age or grade says he/she should be. We aspire to embody the kind of world we want our students to inhabit.
