Program Summary

Seoul Foreign High School provides an outstanding academic preparation for our diverse student population. Through both curricular and extra-curricular activities, students are offered opportunities to excel in academic, artistic, athletic and spiritual dimensions.

Offering the full International Baccalaureate (IB) diploma for interested 11th and 12th grade students, the High School provides an extensive range of IB courses along with additional opportunities for students to sit AP exams if they choose. All high school teachers eagerly support students’ intellectual, social and spiritual growth, encouraging them to make wise decisions about their education from 9th grade through 12th grade and beyond.

Students in the high school mirror those students from other parts of the world – seeking to open doors to their future by creating a solid academic credential to present to universities or employers while at the same time enjoying life as young global citizens. The balanced school program at the high school provides extensive opportunities for students to develop and explore a diverse range of interests, skills and talents. Such a program, presented in a Christian context, allows students to become active, compassionate, well-rounded learners with the practical experience of being part of an international community. Evidence from our SFS alumni over the past 90 years verifies that our graduates are ready to meet the academic, professional and personal challenges that they will encounter throughout their lives.

SFS has an excited, student-centered, caring, flexible, hard-working and dedicated staff working to provide a program that truly meets the demanding academic expectations. We're proud of our school and our kids.
