- an update on your son’s/daughter’s progress
- strategies for improving your son’s/daughter’s school performance
- relaying important information to all of your son’s/daughter’s teachers on your behalf
- information about courses offered at SFS
- information on the International Baccalaureate (IB) program
- information on other schools if you are transferring
- answering questions about the college admissions process
- transfer of records for universities or other schools
- testing information for standardized tests such as the CTP-IV, PSAT, SAT, ACT, and TOEFL
- summer school selection and application assistance
- linking you with various support services that are available outside of the school
- when you don’t know who to call
