Extra-curricular Activities
Seoul Foreign School has a strong performing arts department with a high percentage of students participating in both curricular and co-curricular activities. Instrumental and vocal ensembles are also available for some Elementary School grades with general music for all students. All three schools present plays and/or musicals throughout the year. The school’s after-school program offers vocal, instrumental and drama classes for the Elementary School students.
Seoul Foreign Elementary students participate in a wide range of after-school activities and PTA-sponsored Saturday athletic programs including art, music, foreign language, league soccer, league basketball, league T-ball, Taekwondo, dance and gymnastics. Swim club is open to students in Grade 2 to Grade 5. Fourth and fifth grade students may also choose to be involved in basketball and soccer programs which culminate in tournaments with other international schools in Korea.
