(First and foremost, all applicants MUST hold foreign passports.)

Category 1 - Continuing students in good standing

Category 2 - Children of SFS faculty, children of missionaries, children of foreign diplomats, children of corporate debenture holders

Category 3 - Children with both parents holding foreign passports or a single parent (the parent with legal and sole custody of the child) holding a foreign passport

Category 4 - Children with one parent holding a foreign passport, category 5 applicants who are siblings of children currently enrolled at Seoul Foreign School, category 5 applicants who are children of SFS alumni

Category 5 - Children with neither parent holding a foreign passport (in order to be eligible to apply for admission, a category 5 applicant must have attended a school outside of Korea for a minimum of five years - preschool, junior kindergarten and senior kindergarten years are not considered as part of the five years)
