Step 5: Submit Final Documents and Pay Tuition Fee

Step 1: Submit Application Form and Application Fee (one-time & non-refundable)
An applicant’s very first task is to complete the
online application formand then pay the non-refundable application fee of $250 US via Visa or MasterCard.

Step 2: Submit All Application Supporting Documents
Once we receive the online application form and the application fee, we will send a confirmation email. Application supporting documents can be sent to us via fax, post or email. It is important to remember that we cannot begin processing an application until the application processing fee has been paid.

Step 3: Take Admissions Test
If an applicant's recent standardized test (e.g. ITBS, Stanford, Terre Nova, CTP, SAT, PSAT, etc.) scores are not available, he/she must take the SFS admissions test before an admissions decision can be made. All Seoul Foreign British School applicants must take the British School admissions test regardless of having other test scores available.

Step 4: Wait for Acceptance
Once we have received the online application form, the application fee, and all required application supporting documents, we will make an admissions decision after a careful assessment of each applicant. We will then offer enrollment in writing.

Step 5: Submit Final Documents
After an enrollment offer is made, all tuition and other fees must be paid by the designated due date in order to reserve a seat. Failing to meet the deadline will result in forfeiting a student’s enrollment.
All medical requirements including the report of medical exam form, medical history form, proof of TB clearance and vaccination records must be submitted prior to first day of school. Students cannot begin school without the medical documents.
New students entering High School must provide an official academic transcript(s). Credit toward graduation will not be awarded without an official academic transcript which needs to be sent directly to the Seoul Foreign High School Registrar by the previous school(s).

New High School students are required to meet with their academic counselor for course selections prior to the New Student Orientation Day. This can only be done in person; fax, email, or telephone requests will not be accepted.
